2. Orders & Payments
- All orders must be placed in advance and prepaid through the secure payment options provided (Stripe).
- Minimum order amount: $45.
- Orders require 2–5 days notice, depending on category.
3. Cancellations & Refunds

- Cancellations or refund requests outside of the stated policy will not be accepted.
4. Delivery
- Deliveries are available within North Hudson, NJ and selected nearby areas. Additional charges may apply for deliveries outside this area or that require tolls.
- While we strive to deliver on time, Five Star Artisan is not responsible for delays caused by factors outside our control, such as traffic, accidents, or road closures.
- In the case of inclement weather, Five Star Artisan reserves the right to cancel or reschedule deliveries. In such cases, we will work with the client to offer either a refund, credit, or a new delivery date, depending on the circumstances and mutual agreement.
5. Product Information
- All products are artisanal and handcrafted. Minor variations in size, design, or appearance may occur.
- Images on the website are for illustrative purposes.
- Products may contain or come into contact with common allergens (such as dairy, gluten, nuts).
