Order or Inquire

For our signature offerings, you can place your order directly through our secure online system. For large events and custom requests, simply fill out the inquiry form to receive a personalized proposal.

Relax & Anticipate

Once your order is confirmed with advance payment, your work is done. We handcraft your creations in small batches, ensuring every detail is perfect for your selected delivery date.

Frequently Asked Questions

What is the minimum order?

The minimum order is $45.

We require 2–5 days notice, depending on the category. For larger or more customized orders, additional time may be needed.

Orders can be canceled within 24 hours of purchase for a full refund, as long as production has not begun.
For orders placed well in advance, we will review cancellations case by case. Once preparation has started, cancellations are no longer possible.

If an item is incorrect, damaged during delivery, or there is a quality concern, please contact us within 24 hours of receiving your order at ✉ info@5starartisan.com. We will review and, if appropriate, offer a replacement or partial refund.

We deliver in North Hudson, NJ and selected nearby areas. Additional charges may apply for deliveries outside this area or that require tolls.

In case of inclement weather, deliveries may be canceled or rescheduled. We will work with you to arrange a refund, credit, or new delivery date, depending on the situation.
