Refund and Returns Policy

At Five Star Artisan, every order is prepared with great care and attention to detail. Because our products are custom-made and perishable, all sales are considered final once production has begun.

Cancellations

  • Orders may be canceled within 24 hours of purchase for a full refund, as long as preparation has not yet started.
  • For orders placed well in advance, we understand unexpected situations may arise. If you wish to cancel before production has begun, please contact us as soon as possible. We will review each case individually and may offer a refund or credit depending on timing and circumstances.
  • Once preparation or ingredient purchasing has started, cancellations are no longer possible.

Refunds / Issues

If there is an issue with your order (wrong item, damage during delivery, or quality concern), please contact us within 24 hours of receiving your order at info@5starartisan.com. We will review the situation and, if appropriate, offer a replacement or partial refund.

Important Notes

  • Refunds cannot be issued for change of mind.
  • Any approved refunds will be processed using the original payment method within 5–7 business days.
